Objetive of the position
Manage, supervise and ensure the proper management of financial, human and material resources allocated according to the principles of transparency, quality of expenditure, accountability and austerity promoted by AeA.
Collaborate in the achievement of institutional objectives
Coordinate the processes of budgeting, execution and control of AeA funds and those managed additionally.
Prepare the Financial Statements according to the legal and tax regulations and the accounting principles and standards in force in the country.
Institutional report to the headquarters of the organization located in Spain.
Responsibilities
· Manage the financial, human and material resources of the institution in compliance with current regulations and control systems.
· To ensure compliance with the Formal, Legal and Tax Aspects of the Institution, linked and registered in the Accounting, according to the requirements and regulations of the organization, and official bodies and other instances, as appropriate.
· Supervise and manage the institutional treasury and the Physical Inventory.
· Prepare financial statements periodically in accordance with the internal regulations of Ayuda en Acción, as well as the country's legal, tax and accounting regulations guaranteeing the quality of accounting information
· To supervise the correct execution of the accounting and administrative processes, complying with the policies and regulations of Ayuda en Acción.
· To provide the adequate endowment of the necessary resources for the efficient fulfillment of the established objectives.
· Coordinate the monitoring, supervision and administrative-financial audit throughout the institution.
· Coordinate with the Impact Area and the National Directorate the effective achievement of institutional objectives.
· To supervise the execution and funds assigned to projects managed by its own personnel or by collaborating entities.
· Guarantee compliance with annual planning and supervise budget execution.
· Ensure compliance with recruitment, procurement and other procedures.
· Management of human resources, National Programme and/or Project staff.
· Management of the acquisition of goods and administrative procedures for the contracting of goods, works and services.
· Coordinate the processes of budgeting, execution and control of the financial resources of which Action Aid is endowed in the country.
· Supervise the implementation of funds allocated by Ayuda en Acción in the country..
· Carry out financial monitoring of local partners and co-financed projects.
Knowledge and experience
· Studies of Audit, Economy, Business Administration or Accounting.
· Experience of at least 5 years in similar positions.
· Advanced knowledge of accounting, treasury management, tax and budget management and the IGV/IVA recovery system.
· Knowledge of the current labor, tax and contractual legal framework.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
· ERP knowledge, SAP knowledge will be valued.
· Experience in the administration of international cooperation organizations.
